I've known Sarah since her and my little sister used to go to kindergarten and play together. Then Sarah grew up and we worked together for a summer. Now she's even more grown up and got married to Jaryn who is super cool and perfect for her.

I was visiting my sister Lori in Idaho again so we did a quick family portrait session. Brooklyn is just a week short of one year old in the pics. She is hilarious and I love and miss her so much!

Eric's mandolin might have stolen the show during our photo shoot if the guy wasn't as cool and confident and GQ as he was. I mean seriously, he's got loads of brains and talent to go along with those ruggedly handsome good looks.

Alyssa . Senior Portraits

My favorite part about photographing Alyssa was that she would act like I wasn't even around most of the time and I was able to capture her naturally. Natural is a good word to describe her. She loves horses and being outdoors, except for the allergies that got in the way near the end. But her natural beauty shone through even then.

Natalie . Senior Portraits

This girl is amazing!! Gorgeous and talented and super sweet and funny and intelligent. Way out of anyone's league that I know! And I was incredibly lucky to be able to photograph her for her senior portraits.

We met at Cal State Stanislaus campus to begin with and took advantage of their amazing grounds and cool architecture. Then we headed out to Natalie's house, way out in the country, to catch the last few gorgeous rays of sun.

I took these photos of my sister Lori and her husband Kurt and new baby Brooklyn back in August when Brooklyn was brand new. She is now 6 months old and so big and chubby. It's hard to believe how little she was not too long ago.
